What €399 of Business Software Actually Buys You — and Why We Sell It for €49
Most software pricing hides the comparison. You see €12 here and €19 there, and only at the end of the year does the total become visible. So here is ours, in the open.
The tools inside Company OS are worth about €399 per person per month if you bought their equivalents separately. All Access is €49 per seat. This post explains where both numbers come from.
The €399, itemised by area
| Area | What it covers | Typical separate cost | | --- | --- | --- | | Productivity | Tasks, notes, calendar, time tracking, team pulse | Toggl, Asana, Notion | | Sales & clients | CRM, quotes, contracts, e-signature, invoicing, client portal | HubSpot, PandaDoc, FreshBooks | | Finance & operations | Budgets, costs, cash flow, inventory, process automation | Spreadsheets, Zapier, add-ons | | People | Recruiting, onboarding, leave, performance, learning, assets | BambooHR, Greenhouse | | Brand & marketing | Studio, social, PR, presentations, email campaigns | Canva, Buffer, Mailchimp | | AI | Company knowledge base, agents, meeting transcription, app builder | ChatGPT Team, Otter, Zapier AI |
Add the categories up across 50+ apps and you land near €399 per person per month. That is not a marketing number invented to look good next to €49 — it is the sum of what the individual tools cost inside Company OS if bought one by one. You can buy them individually, from around €5 a month, on the add tools page.
Why one price instead of modules
Module pricing optimises for the vendor. Every new need becomes a conversation with sales, and teams end up avoiding tools they should be using because the budget conversation is not worth it.
One price does the opposite. If a founder wants to try running the hiring process properly this month, they just open The Recruiting. Nothing to approve, nothing to install. Usage goes up, which is the only thing that makes a platform worth keeping.
The part nobody advertises: the cost of switching between tools
The subscription savings are real but not the main event. The real saving is in what disappears:
- No re-typing the same client into CRM, project tool and invoicing
- No exports to answer "which accounts are actually profitable"
- No broken automations between four vendors' APIs
- No four separate AI assistants that each see one-quarter of your business
Teams that move to one platform usually report the reconciliation work vanishing before they notice the invoice difference.
Is cheaper always better?
No. If your sales team lives in a CRM eight hours a day, a specialist CRM will beat a generalist one on depth. The honest position is this: below roughly 50 people, breadth and shared data beat depth. Above that, keep one or two specialist systems and connect them — Company OS integrates with Slack, Google Drive, Fortnox, Visma, Wint and MCP clients like Claude rather than pretending they do not exist.

How the trial works
Seven days, everything unlocked, cancel any time inside the trial and you pay nothing. Afterwards it is €49 per seat per month. There is no implementation fee, no onboarding package and no minimum seat count.
When you start, you enter your domain, we read what your company does, and we suggest the tools that fit your type of business — so you do not open a platform with 52 icons and no idea where to begin.
